Quality Technology Services Acquires New Customers

Suwanee, GA - December 12, 2007 - Quality Technology Services (QualityTech), one of the nation's largest privately-held providers of data center facilities and managed services, announced the acquisition of First National Technology Solutions' (FNTS) customer portfolio in the Kansas City market. QualityTech currently manages and operates more than 2-million square feet of data centers with a market value in excess of half-a-billion dollars.

Prior to this acquisition, FNTS had been managing QualityTech's data centers in this market. With this client acquisition, QualityTech will now provide its wide breadth of managed services in the Midwest market.
