Quality Technology Services' Banner First Year

Suwanee, Georgia - September 1, 2006 - Quality Technology Services (QualityTech), a leading provider of data center facilities and managed services, is celebrating their first year anniversary. It was one year ago, September 1, 2005, that Quality acquired the assets of the former e^deltacom completing the sixth data center acquisition since 2003. Quality formed a new business entity, Quality Technology Services to own and operate these assets under the Quality umbrella. This transaction merged Quality, a developer and operator of data centers nationally, with an IT managed service company with over five years experience providing advanced data center and managed services to a robust and growing client base.

To recap some of the achievements of the past year, QualityTech's customers have seen facility improvements including the landscaping, new carpet and paint, improved janitorial services and a major power upgrade more than doubling the UPS capacity on the data center floor. Upgrades and enhancements to their Managed Storage and Tape Backup service infrastructure were also made. Quality reorganized the staff to better serve their customers and brought on Scott Moore to oversee the Service Account Management team and, most recently, added Brian Johnston to head up the Managed Services and Technical Operations teams. During this time they have nearly doubled revenues.

QualityTech is committed to growing this business through the acquisition of additional data center facilities around the nation and by enhancing and growing our managed services. An announcement will be made in the near future of an additional facility in Atlanta of nearly one million square feet, making Quality the largest privately held provider of data center services. They are also investigating facilities in the North East and the West.
